These precision turned components are produced in CNC vertical turning lathes and then subsequent operations are carried out on fourth axis CNC Vertical machining centre to take care of all the geometrical, dimensional and relational parameters and accuracies.
 
These parts are inspected on Co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) so as even the minutest of error is not passed on to the customer.
